Returns for necklaces are allowed and a shipping label will be emailed to the customer within 24 hours after refund is requested.

Pierced earrings can be returned if damaged or defective however, due to hygiene concerns, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns on earrings.

Please allow 1-10 business days to Canada.

There may be extra charges to you (the customer) if the package has to pass through customs. This is solely the customer's responsibility, and Goddess Creates will have no record of these charges.
