Returns for necklaces are allowed. However, please be aware that each item is handmade, and refunds will be issued after deductions of the following:

1. Shipping and handling fees ($5.00).

2. Labor cost ($5.00) per item.

Note: Please understand that because of hygienic issues, we DO NOT accept returns on earrings.

Please allow 1-10 business days for delivery within Canada.

There may be extra charges to you (the customer) if the package has to pass through customs; This is solely the customer's responsibility, and Goddess Creates 705 will have no record of these charges and will not be responsible for the extra charges.
