Returns for necklaces are allowed, but please note that each item is handmade and carefully constructed. Consequently, refunds will be processed after deducting the following:

1. Shipping and handling fees ($13.00)
2. Labor cost per item ($5.00)

However, due to hygiene concerns, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns on earrings.

Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery within Canada. Holidays may cause delays in shipping or delivery.
